Villa Il Gufo is a splendid and bright independent villa located on a small hill with a breathtaking view of the hills and vineyards of Montecarlo. Getting there is really simple, a convenient automatic gate opens the doors to the house, the external parking is equipped with a charging station for electric cars. The villa is on two floors, on the ground floor you will find a brand new and super-equipped kitchen, a characteristic chestnut wood top ideal for a quick and dynamic breakfast. The living area has a beautiful glass table with colored velvet chairs and a comfortable sofa with a large smart TV connected to the web. The door opens towards the back of the house and onto a comfortable and spacious wooden patio. A large garden provides shade to a dining table that can be used throughout the day. But you will also find a comfortable sofa and armchairs to fully enjoy the fresh country air. The swimming pool is right in front of the large patio, it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Completing the garden is a splendid outdoor sauna for 4 people.
On the upper floor of the villa there are two large and bright bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
